**Also called:** T/B, Tiger Brindle
**Rarity:** Uncommon
**Inheritance:** Polygenic
**Category:** Pattern
**Typical adult price:** $150 to $400

**Definition.** A Tiger / Brindle crested gecko is a crested gecko whose dark banding sits between the two looks, mixing tiger-like parallel lines with brindle-like irregular patches.

Intermediate expression between tiger and brindle, sold as a single "T/B" category in much of the hobby.

Many animals fall between pure tiger and full brindle. T/B (tiger/brindle) captures that intermediate expression. Widely used in sale listings when the pattern is banded but not purely regular.

**Key features:**
- Banding visible but not perfectly regular
- Mix of tiger-like parallel lines and brindle-like irregular patches
- Common in most polygenic pattern lines

**Lookalikes and how to tell them apart:**
- Tiger (https://geckinspect.com/MorphGuide/tiger): Tiger emphasizes recognizable transverse bands.
- Brindle (https://geckinspect.com/MorphGuide/brindle): Brindle emphasizes broken or interconnected dark pattern.

**Often combined with:** Red Base, Olive, Chocolate, Harlequin, Dalmatian
